CEO / President
Mark founded MukMuk Cloud Service Ltd, originally as a sole proprietor back in 2013.
The idea was founded through the the growing need for small to medium businesses, including non-profits to have enterprise tools for their businesses without the enterprise costs.
Through out Mark’s career in the information technology sector, he had witnessed the struggles these organizations faced trying to grow and keep with the the ever evolving technology out there. Through MukMuk Cloud Services ltd, Mark envisions that these business success in achieving their overall goals, because when they are successful so are we.
Mark has been working in the technology field for over fifteen years, implementing cloud based solutions and communication tools.
Mark has worked on projects for the National Olympic Committee in Canada and London’s 2012 Canadian mission team.
He has picked up a strong sense of security, through his experience of going through PCI-DSS security audits, as well as projects for financial processing organizations.
Chief Marketing Officer / CMO
Ian joined the team near the start of 2015, after returning from Japan pursuing a contract with an international marketing firm in Tokyo. Prior to that, he maintained several leadership roles for over a decade within the service industry. Managing, training and overseeing several retail establishments in Canada.
His solid interpersonal skill set and hands on approach to business have played a key role in conveying MukMuk’s core benefits to our clients.
Ian’s recent focus has been in creating a stronger presence abroad, in anticipation of the upcoming 2020 Summer Olympic games in Tokyo.
While there, he’ll be dealing with a variety of companies and organizations, wishing to make a greater impact on their global involvement within the sports federation industry.
Techinical Support Manager
Nicholas spent most of his career is providing in-depth technical solutions to clients, through consulting roles and support roles he has held in the past. Nicholas has built a strong customer relations background, always putting our clients needs first and ensuring a quick resolution to their issues.
Nicholas, prior to working in the information technology realm, had worked for his local transit authority has train and bus driver, interacting with tens of thousands of customers on a daily which has built the foundation to his customer relation skills.
One of Nicholas favorite things to do is visit and explorer the Canadian national parks, when he is not behind the desk helping our clients, he is out canoeing in Kelona or walking the local trails.
